The heated outdoor infinity pool is a gem, especially for winter relaxation—nothing beats the mountain views while soaking in warm water. The spa and wellness facilities are extensive, providing a solid range of services that help you unwind after a long day of activities.
Transportation from the hotel to the ski lifts is less than convenient. the shuttle runs limited hours, and returning after a day on the slopes requires a decent walk or inconvenient bus rides. The room heating was problematic. it felt uncomfortably warm at night with no effective means to cool down. The room decor was a mismatched blend of old and new, lacking a cohesive identity, and the bathroom amenities could use an upgrade. the hair dryer felt outdated and ineffective. Lastly, guests should be aware that not all beverages are included during meals, which adds a bit of confusion when dining.
